Due to Covid-19, Dope Exchange does not allow any returns on worn items. The health of our team and each customer is very important to us.
If you received any faulty items, email us and we will take a look into the issue.

How do I return an item?
All purchases are final unless stated otherwise.
Holiday Season
We're always striving for the best customer service experience, but please make sure all orders are placed with consideration of the high volume of packages being shipped with all couriers. If you are shopping to receive your order before a holiday, expedited shipping may be necessary.
How do I track my order?
Upon placing an order, a tracking number will be sent after the order has been shipped.
How does shipping work?
We ship on Monday's and Thursday's only. Place any order before 1 pm (central time) prior to or on the shipping day and time. Any order placed after 1 pm will be shipped out on the following shipping day.
What are your delivery options?
USPS is the only courier used at this time.
